Wymagania:

• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• Several years of experience in ITSM with a focus on Change Management in infrastructure environments
• Certified in the ITIL framework
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module and reporting platforms (PowerBI)
• Experience working in international, cross-functional teams
• Business fluency in English required, German is a plus
• Strong IT affinity and understanding of technologies and processes in global IT organizations
• Planning and organizational skills in a global IT organization
• Familiarity with risk management and audit practices
• Ability to communicate value in the languages of IT and Business
