We're looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist who’s ready to work with our most critical HR systems as a dedicated business owner. Your role will involve shaping how SAP SuccessFactors EC evolves within a fast-changing business and regulatory landscape. You'll be a key partner for harmonizing local and global processes and elevating HR Operations across the region.

Wymagania:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a global environment.
• Ability to configure, customize and optimize EC to support evolving HR processes.
• Solid understanding of Core HR, master data and system integrations.
• Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog based on business needs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, drive delivery, and manage risks or incidents.
• Experience preparing documentation, functional specs, and supporting knowledge-sharing or onboarding.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily communication (B2+/C1).
