We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Demand Management team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end process of capturing, analyzing, and managing demand request data. You will be part of a global team working on design platforms and act as a strategic partner to Global Product Groups, ensuring that initiatives align with organizational goals.

Wymagania:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within software or digital product teams
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements elicitation techniques
• Proven experience in translating business needs into user stories or functional requirements for development teams
• Solid understanding of fundamental programming principles
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence, SQL, Data Warehouses, Data Integration, Big Data solutions, and stream processing
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
• Familiarity with modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Agile, Scrum)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders in a complex, highly international environment
