The opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep understanding of Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and engineering systems to bridge the gap between our technical and business teams.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in engineering environments
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written is required
• Demonstrated knowledge of CAD systems (e.g., Creo Parametric), Hands-on experience with PLM platforms (e.g., Windchill)
• Understanding of engineering workflows and product development processes
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques and tools
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis
