Stanowisko to podlega: Regional service manager-Central Europe ABB Motion Service Division serves customers worldwide by maximizing uptime, extending product life cycle and enhancing the performance and energy efficiency of their electrical motion solutions. The Division is leading the way in digitalization by securely connecting motors and drives, increasing operational uptime and improving efficiency. Wymagania:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, analytics, digital services, or industrial digitalization.
  • Proven track record of self-sourced pipeline creation, new business acquisition, and consistent quota attainment.
  • Experience selling into enterprise and mid market customers.
  • Strong understanding of digital OT/ET/IT ecosystems and industrial customer processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Resilient, high activity sales mindset with strong drive, curiosity, and execution discipline.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
