Opis oferty:

As an Application Administrator in the DAX Support team, you will join a department that acts as a strategic partner for all Allegro 1P areas, including Business, Finance, Customer Experience, and Operations. Your mission will be to serve as the first point of contact for business partners, ensuring the stability of daily operations and contributing to the technical development of systems and processes.

Your main responsibilities include supporting business partners, cooperating with support teams, evaluating system development needs, cooperating with software developers, monitoring system performance, and providing diligent on-duty. You will also produce clear documentation for end-users.

Wymagania:

• University degree in Logistics, Finance, or EECS (Electrical Engineering and Computer Science)
• Fluency in English (min. B2) and Polish (C1)
• Experience in Retail or basic understanding of retail terminology
• Experience with Microsoft DAX2012 and/or Microsoft D365 F&O
• Knowledge of financial processes within ERP-class systems
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• Ability to manage time and workload independently
