Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Technology Lead to serve as the authority for AI technologies. In this role, you will shape the technical direction of AI adoption, ensuring that solutions are architected responsibly, aligned with governance frameworks, and integrated into our global Azure landscape. You will act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, bridging business and technology, influencing enterprise strategy, and ensuring AI becomes a scalable, secure, and value-generating capability across the organization. A critical expectation of this role is to stay at the forefront of AI advancements, experiment with emerging technologies, and productize them for enterprise readiness.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML solution development in enterprise contexts.
• Recognized expertise in setting technical direction and guiding large-scale AI adoption on Azure.
• Strong programming background in Python and proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Demonstrated experience with Azure AI/ML services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
