AI & Advanced Automation Unit Manager - Automation & Innovation Department in Warsaw. Develop and align AI and advanced automation strategy, ensure compliance with regulations, introduce innovative solutions, stay up-to-date with AI trends, and lead the development and deployment of AI solutions.

Wymagania:

• Degree in Economics/ Computer Science/ Business Analytics/ MBA or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience in AI/ ML/ LLM
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of AI and automation technologies
• Proven track record of successful initiatives
• Data-driven attitude
• Exceptional communication skills
• Familiarity with Python, Java
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms for AI (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
