AI & Advanced Automation Unit Head position in the Automation & Innovation Department in Warsaw. The role involves developing and aligning AI and advanced automation strategy, leading the development and execution of AI product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging advanced automation to optimize processes, staying updated on AI trends, and ensuring the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions.

Wymagania:

• Degree in Economics/ Computer Science/ Business Analytics/ MBA or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience in AI/ ML/ LLM
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of AI and automation technologies
• Proven track record in leveraging AI/ automation to drive customer value
• Data-driven attitude and strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Python, Java, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
